On your special day, you can expect that Philip Gardner will undertake the following duties:
- Announce the Bride, Bridegroom and Parents into the Dining Room/Top Table
- Announce the Rabbi for Grace before meals
- Announce the Host for the Welcome Speech
- Liaise with the band if there is to be dancing between food courses
- Announce the guests that are proposing the Loyal Toasts
- Announce the speakers
- Ensure that any gifts or flowers are in the right place at the right time
- Oversee the cutting of the wedding cake
- Announce the Benchers for the Blessings/Grace after meals
- Announce the Bride and Bridegroom for the first dance
- Assist and liaise with the photographer/videographer
- Liaise with the caterers regarding the timings of the meal
- Any other duties agreed in advance of your day
